Round one of freezing corn DONE! All the shucking, cleaning, cutting, frying, packaging and cooling and we officially have 70 bags of corn to enjoy. I can't even explain how good it is to cook a meal and use our corn, it has such amazingly sweet flavor that frozen or canned corn just doesn't have! Bring on round two
