Halloween 2008

This Throwback Thursday I'm going all the way back to H.A.L.L.O.W.E.E.N 2008! Halloween is always a good time, but Halloween in college is on another level!

Surprise visit

Last week Ashley and Brayden came into town for the day and stopped by the office for a quick surprise visit! I love getting the calls from Ashley asking if I am busy at work, and if I am not she's like "okay see you in a second".  Brayden was all smiles and giggles this visit, and loved being spun around in my chair! I love this little guy

Bagels 101

Another great cooking class to go in the books! Homemade bagels and pretzels...well the pretzels didn't end up looking the best, man those are hard to shape! And what's cooking class without some drinks?? We ususally do wine, but this time we did pumpkin pie vodka with egg nog....yes you heard that correctly, pumpkin pie vodka! It was amazing, and might be my new favorite holiday drink.

The pretzels were so good right out of the oven! I can't wait to make some more, and get creative with the flavors. I see alot of bagel making parties in the future.

The Gidley Wedding

On Saturday I saw one of my best friends get married to her long time love! Jared and Kathryn finally made it official and tied the knot on October 20, 2012. I got the privilege of being apart of their big day, and was honored to be by Kathryn's side as she said I-Do to the man of her dreams!! Everything about the wedding weekend was prefect and portrayed them as a couple perfectly. From the rehearsal to the rehearsal dinner, the ceremony to the cocktail hour, and the reception to the dance party they all were done with love and were exactly Kathryn & Jared!

Friday night we had rehearsal dinner up at the orchard in the cold storage! It was a great location and they couldn't have picked a better place to have all their family and friends get together for a great dinner!

What happens when you leave your phone laying around!

Saturday morning came around, and it was time for makeup and hair! No matter how much time you allot for makeup and hair, I swear there is never enough time and you always are rushing:) Kathryn gave all of us bridesmaids robes to get ready in, along with a bottle of wine and the pretties earring to wear for the wedding!

After getting ready, it was off to the Church for the ceremony and then The Columbia Gorge Hotel for the reception! Unfortunately I didn't bring my phone so I don't have any pictures of the limo ride, the church or anything until the reception!  But I tired to make up for it by taking pictures at the reception! Head on over to Ashley's blog for pictures of the wedding, I am excited to see what pictures she will post from this wedding!
